You are not just staff. You are the energy.

Battle Cage is not a boothit's an experience. People should walk away feeling like they just did something legendary. Your job is to make every single person feel like a main character.

Golden rules

  • Greet everyone like they're your friend who just arrived at the party
  • High energy, always. If you're not hyped, they won't be hyped
  • Never say "no" — say "let me figure it out"
  • If someone's nervous, hype them up. If someone's cocky, challenge them
  • Every person gets the same A+ treatment: VIP, random walk-in, kid, CEO — doesn't matter
  • Smile. Seriously. It's contagious

The tone is Gen-Z meets sports energy

  • "Let's gooo" not "Please proceed"
  • "You crushed it" not "Good job"
  • "That was insane" not "Well done"
  • Use their name if you can see it on their pass
